50 participating growers;
374 unique soil sampling sites;
3 Colorado Front Range counties.

The Citizen Science Soil Health Project is a 10 year long project to help Colorado Front Range growers prove they are improving their soil.
We offer each participating grower one FREE soil health test, every year for the 10 years of the project.  Growers can also buy extra tests whenever they want.  Growers gather their own soil samples. We send the samples in to the lab, track the results, and pass the results on to our growers.
Over the first 7 years of the project we have tested 1125 soil samples from a total of 374 unique sites in Boulder, Weld and Larimer counties.
Our growers are testing a very diverse collection of farms and land types.  Half our growers use organic growing methods and half use conventional growing methods.
